I am terribly sorry that you had such a horrible experience. First and foremost we absolutely would have helped you out in this situation had this happened with us. Unfortunately for you this did not occur at our clinic and you have attached it to us in error. We are a small private infusion clinic that sees patients with autoimmune disorders. We do not have a physician on site and we do not have a walk in clinic. The nurses who work at this location are kind and caring and take care of our patients like they are family. We hope you never have another experience like this again and do wish you nothing but the best.
