Even though the appointment involved having electrical currents sent down my legs, and being tapped by a funny looking hammer, the team was awesome. Dr. Desai himself took the time to explain my results and his prognosis in simple language.
This may have been the best specialist appointment I've ever had.

(June 10, 2020, 3:52 pm)Dr Desai is very friendly and compassionate. He takes his time to provide a full detailed assessment and the report is sent almost immediately! He understood very well my symptoms when my other neurologist dismissed them. Thankfully because of Dr Desai's expertise he referred me to the best surgeon in Toronto to have urgent surgery as I was on my way to paralysis. If it weren't for him and his expertise, I would have ended up in wheelchair! I can't thank him enough!

(February 13, 2018, 5:35 pm)Little bit of wait (as expected), but the waiting room was made comfortable with lots of seating available, nice music, and the workers offering a cup of tea.
Staff was very nice and knowledgeable leading up to my short visit with Dr. Desai, who was also very friendly and gave me the answers I needed. He did his work efficiently, while still talking to you and making you feel like a human rather than just a subject (like at some doctors offices).
