(August 28, 2017, 3:05 pm)This place does not deserve the 1 star reviews it has gotten so far. It isn't the worst thing ever, however they could stand to improve things a bit. Bedside manner is definitely an area that could be improved with the technicians. The female technician I had on my second sleep study was OK, but the male technician I had on my first study was downright miserable. He should not be working in a patient-facing role. Would barge in at all hours of the night, make adjustments to sensors and whatnot on my face, and leave, often without an explanation or anything. I felt that I was an obligation to him, rather than a patient. Yes, adjustments might have to be made, but there is a way to approach a sleeping individual in the middle of the night, and this is not the way to do it.
Photos attached from bed room #2, everything was mostly clean and whatnot but there was still a rundown appearance to the clinic overall.
