Historically, I have not been an active individual. I have been participating in the physical conditioning program for 8 months and have experienced several changes in my health. I have noticed a marked improvement with my ROM, stamina, strength and over all well being.
During the time at the clinic I have had three kinesiologists. All of them have been excellent with different styles. They have helped me tremendously in achieving the success I have had. They have been very professional and respectful in challenging me to do more every session.
I am very disappointed this location is no longer offering this service. The only negative comment would make would be regarding the front office. While everyone was pleasant they never seemed to have enough parking tickets and never had petty cash.
Each visit is greeted by friendly professional staff members. I had the opportunity of working with both physiotherapists who I found to be very competent and knowledgeable in their area of expertise. Special thanks to PT Michael who because of his keen observation and assessment skills a diagnosis was able to be made and my journey to recovery possible. Thanks again to all the staff!
When I first went to the clinic I was hopeless. I like to eat and I thought it would be difficult to follow the instructions. I am grateful for the help and I got used to the diet. I prepare my food and even my daughter is losing weight. They were very thorough in telling me how to change and made me conscious of all the important steps I needed to take.
My life has been revolutionized by the team at LifeClinic. From the scales that reveal all the details of my weight, to the informed doctors and nutritionists, they have introduced me to way of eating that is appealing, life-changing and rewarding. My weight-loss is permanent, proven over several years. The analysis by a physiotherapist and resulting weight training has brought about complete healing from hip replacement surgery and produced the best mobility of my 67 years. I love the relationship I have built with the whole team and feel cared for and guided. All questions are answered. The final blessing is having healthy food products available in the store, to support my new lifestyle. I will never leave. They are stuck with me for life!
