Her knowledge of the body, systems, and conditions is remarkable– when we have a visit, Dr Vanier is able to give a comprehensive overview of the interconnected nature of the body– she sees things I would have never even thought of! Dr Vanier's treatment plans are thorough and coordinated, rooted in evidence and best practice. I always feel confident in what comes next, and that I'm being given the best possible plan for me. My health has been optimized through my work with Dr Vanier.

Not only is she very well-read on a broad range of naturopathic topics including supplementation, diet changes, sleep-support, and stress management, she is genuinely caring and an excellent listener.
