I called this company a few months ago. Very helpful on the phone. I needed tracks for my toro dingo. After going over exactly the model and exchanging an actual picture of the track system I had the sales rep confirm that he for sure had the proper set. I was happy because I had a machine down on a site with employees waiting.
I drove 45 minutes and paid 407 etr bill.
When I arrived I went to the warehouse to pick up my tracks that I had already paid for.
I could see from 20ft away they were the wrong track for the system I had on my machine. Checked back on my emails and text messages with picture confirmation and the sales rep had made a mistake which he admitted to.
This was a mistake and mistakes happen.

This company made things right.

Would definetly go back for my next tracks and tires.

No more flats for my Bobcat S70! I love the solid tires I got from Contrax! They have a much smoother ride than those foam filled tires that I used to have on there. It was totally worth the investment. The staff was very friendly and helpful in picking out the correct tires and I received them with free nuts & bolts, ready to install the next day that I ordered them!

Dealing with Contrax as a customer and now a supplier, i couldn't be happier with the service and quality. Peter is great to deal with. Very knowledgeable, and gets back to you quickly. In two years of dealing these tracks, we have had zero warranty claims. Price vs quality, these are the best tracks in the industry.

Contrax sells top quality rubber tracks, but most of all, they provide stellar customer service - friendly, courteous, efficient, with fair pricing and good warranty. Plus, it's always nice to deal with a Canadian-based company, no border headaches! Highly recommended.
