(March 14, 2019, 2:31 pm)We had been looking for a retirement home for Dad and chose Chartwell Heritage Glen. Marge helped us over a period of a year at least in preparation of getting Dad ready and giving us all the details and layouts of the home. We eventually decided to keep Dad at home for a little longer but she was extremely helpful and conscientious in her follow-up and meeting with us again. The residence is lovely and everyone seems to be very happy there. A very positive experience.

(July 22, 2018, 6:21 pm)We held a family celebration for my mother's 95th birthday at her Heritage Glen retirement home using the private dining room - it was excellent. The HG team helped in the planning and organizing and the event went so smoothly from the room set up, the food and beverage, and the service. Thanks so much!

(July 3, 2018, 6:13 pm)We have completed many move requests for Heritage Glen without any hiccup. The staff are very welcoming, polite and courteous and the same can be said for the residents. The home, which was recently renovated, is an absolute beauty. We are happy to do business with this location and look forward to many more years of shared success. Kudos for a job well done, Heritage Glen!
