And the employees (some who have been working for more than 10 years) enjoy working and have considered the company to be their second family.

I work at Centennial plastic for close 3 years and since the day one I receive the support from all the staff and management in general. I noticed from the day one that this is an industrial and manufacturing setting, so if anyone is hoping to be quite and slow, is not a place for that. However, in my case where I was looking for a place where I was able to learn and show dedication, Centennial Plastic is the right place for me. The management recognizes the efforts and results of the staff. Everyone works hard not and since I have been working in this company there have been a lot of changes but all to create a better environment in terms of condition for the employees. I found that the tenure employees are supportive, and they are willing to share their knowledge all the time. This is a multicultural collective which gives you the change to interact with people from all over the world and learn from them in one way or another. The management has a very constructive method of connecting with the employees by always keeping the policy of Open Doors, so in case of questions they are always available. There is still a lot to do but the employees are open and interacting with the management to make this a better place for all. Interesting enough, I met more than 6 employees with 30 years and plus working here.
