We needed a barrier to our public laneway because our bedroom and deck face this laneway. If we built a garage,we would have lost two gorgeous trees and my only garden space. So we decided on having just this retractable garage door installed. I got bids from three overhead door companies. Candoor seemed the most professional. They proved to be easy to work with, helping me understand the sequence of installation. Our salesperson always called me back promptly, even after he made the sale.

I found Candoor on Google search. And, am very happy with how they delivered an excellent service - professionally and perfectly to fix our dock level doors at our facility. As part of a larger fencing project, I was looking to replace a bulky wooden gate for my parking space facing into a downtown Toronto. I came across Candoor's website was able to reach Anthony L who was knowledgeable and easy to work with. I actually obtained quotes from 2 other companies but decided to go with Candoor because the installation service was included and the customer support from Anthony gave me confidence that the framing would be straightforward for my fencing contractor. I opted for manual (rather than motorized) and like that the product is very easy to operate while providing increased security for my backyard.

Out of all the companies I called to have two warehouse doors repaired, they were the only ones that took the time to discuss what our options were and gave us a detailed account of what the repair would cost.
