(November 29, 2020, 2:12 pm)I had a severe muscle spasm on my shoulder when I went to Prashant for massage therapy. In about two massages, I got significant relief. Prashant (RMT) is really knowledgeable and has got an excellent massage therapy experience. He is also great with documenting area of concerns and utilizes those logs for developing an effective plan for future massages. I would highly recommend this place for quality therapeutic massages.

I feel at ease during my sessions, and he pays great attention to key areas of concern, develops a plan and follows through. I would recommend him to anyone looking for quality and effective massaging techniques.

Not only did he give me a great massage, but he was explaining the different muscles and insertions around my body (as I asked). Believe me, he is very very knowledgeable and is a true master of his craft. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone with any sort of muscular discomfort or looking to relieve any kind of aching pain. My lower back (around the lumbar region) was quite tight, and after the appointment it felt A LOT better and I slept like a baby! Will definitely come again 👍🏾
