Their customers service is the best I ve experienced in my life. I am not kidding at all.
Everything they do is so precise and they are always ready to help and answer the question or change the order you had placed.
I'm not sure who the owner of the business is- but DONT LET YOUR STUFF GO!!

(December 3, 2015, 6:27 pm)Fantastic customer service. The representative that I spoke with was very kind and helpful. The products arrived quite quickly (about 4 business days). I was told that they were backordered on the flexible spines but that they would do what they could so I might just get the rest of my order. I was surprised however that they upgraded me to the flexible spine with femoral heads free of charge. Very happy with the service, excellent products. I recommend them to anyone looking for anatomical aids and models.
