A day before i had reset my furnace because it was not heating properly but afterr a day it was stopped working at 3 in the afternoon, i was at home with my children. it was gettuing cold inside. i called cambridge as i had used them in past. Adam spoke to me in a courteous way, responded me quickly and scheduled a technician who came to us after 2 hourr and fixed the issue. he was knowledgeable and we are happy with their services for our both heating and cooling needs.
