People sit here and play games without ordering food for 2 hours and waste time of others. Food is really amazing and outstanding but service is very okay-ish. Would never go here on weekends and they should definitely make a rule or policy about people sitting and wasting time without ordering food and maybe just ask them to leave after a certain time.

This place has changed A LOT since I last came here. Wait time has improved, service is better. It feels a lot cleaner, and the decor is quite pleasant. Lots of new menu items and ice cream. Great place for a quick treat or sundae.

If all you are looking for is dessert sweets this is the place for you! Got me some iced cream on a waffle with strawberries and white chocolate sauce thought I died and went to heaven. Waffles are made in house with a waffle iron!

Great. Place for a hangout or date. This place gets crowded frequently. Maybe a reservation system could be helpful?
But I had a great time here during my reunion with a few high school friends.

What's more appealing that standing around in a crowded entrance while you wait to be seated? It certainly isn't having those same people watch you while you eat.
In all fairness you can say that about a lot of popular places, and maybe it's a result of having so little to do in Mississauga.
Look, if you haven't been, it's still worth a try. The food is good, service is quick, but the wait isn't.
