Sometimes they have impeccable timing and professionalism, with generally helpful staff who are willing to answer a slew of questions regarding field procedures. Some days, I sincerely worry that the person organizing my samples hit their head on the way into work. Still the best option for a certified lab service in the province.

(July 31, 2019, 8:43 pm)The staff at Bureau Veritas are always quick and friendly. When i drop samples off they can get you in and out in a few minutes, there's never a line. I love how they added snacks and coffee on the side for customers to enjoy
