We were looking for a realtor to list our house to be rented, considering our options, our choice was Brian Khtambakhsh. Brian patiently and professionally went through many questions from utilities, chattels, to the type of tenant that we preferred to have.
Within a couple of days the house was listed, we looked at the MLS and were happy to read the description of the house. It felt like the time we were living in the house, well written to allow the tenant to visualise the house. We were notified about all the potential tenants and the showings were scheduled. Braian narrowed down all the candidates to make it easier for us to choose the tenant that we preferred. Braian also took an extra step to make us even more confident about the tenants that we had chosen, scheduling a meeting so we could get to know the new tenant before signing the contract.
