Most importantly, BoxOut provides a strengthening of ones mental performance and provides the athlete with an extra edge over just “pure skills” based training that can set them apart from their peers. The program also provides coaches with an athletes profile that helps the coach better tailor their approach to get the best from the athlete. I believe that BoxOut’s program was the reason I was awarded the most improved player award on my soccer team in 2019. The people at BoxOut are very positive and supportive and if you are looking to take your game to the next level, I highly recommend looking into this program!

(March 13, 2020, 4:18 pm)This is a great way to increase athletic performance. We have worked with their team for several years. They are very helpful and supportive. Cognitive performance is what will separate top end performers. When second best isn't good enough, this is the place to go.
