Being first time home buyers, we had more than a few questions and more than a few emails/phone calls at irregular working hours. Bob was always happy to help and answered everything at every step in a very timely manner. He was extremely supportive and helped us feel confident in our decisions. He secured us the most amazing rate and then when he found a better one he was able to switch us over without issue. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Getting text and email updates on how things were going and what stages we were at was really helpful. And being able to do everything online or over the phone made our busy schedules not something that was in the way of getting our mortgage done.
