(January 30, 2020, 3:52 pm)As a consumer, I had MANY issues with Bell. Ultimately I was referred to a Senior Customer Service Manager (Nadia - 3020209). Nadia was amazing to work with, the best experience I have had with Bell. Even though we didn't keep out TV and internet with Bell at this time, because of Nadia I will consider it in the future. It's very refreshing to deal with an agent like her.
