First time ordering here. Wanted to support the restaurant so decided to order from their website directly instead of a 3rd party app. Their Snappy site says there's a 20% off for first time orders over $30. It was easy as I was ordering a bunch of stuff for my family. Even timed my order so that I can pick it up while waiting for one member's appointment. I was in a nearby plaza so went over when I received the notification that my order was ready for pickup....However, the store employee says she did not receive my order...we double checked that I had ordered for the correct store location. So ended up having to order again in person, with only 10% off. The discount isn't even the big issue here. Since I had to wait there for my food to be prepared, my timing was now off and my family had to wait for me in the heat, when it should've been a smooth transaction. The employee was friendly and apologetic, but the company needs to fix their Snappy as I'm sure it was out of the employee's control.
Yes, the food was good. The signature beef brisket noodle soup was a bit salty, but the braised brisket was good, with lots of tendon pieces. The tripe was a small portion for the price and it was a bit tough.
