(February 4, 2021, 3:37 pm)I have lived here for 25 years, the building is great. Very clean, staff are awesome and very helpful. Whenever I have a maintenance request it is taken care of within 24 hours. Greenwin really treats their residents with great respect. It is a very quiet safe area to live in. I have never had any issues with roaches or any other kind of insect in all the years I have been here. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to rent
(January 31, 2021, 7:14 pm)On site management staff are very helpful, and maintenance staff do a very good job of keeping the common areas clean. The only draw back I found was the constant breaking down of the laundry machines.
(December 8, 2019, 5:12 pm)I like it pretty much. Good view, big ventilated rooms, regular monitoring of facilities.
Would like quick actions on issues raised otherwise it's a pretty good place to live when you are by yourself.
