Their service department is great, the manager Rob is always willing to answer question honestly and do what he can to work with your situation. I have had nothing but positive experiences with the Parker Mitsubishi staff. They are extremely knowledgeable and genuinely care about their customers. My husband is already talking about getting a second vehicle from them! I definitely recommend this car dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

We purchased winter tires for our vehicle from them this past season, and there were some manufacturer issues with the tires/rims. They worked non stop to make sure all was corrected and perfect. They made sure I was never without a vehicle and did the work when it was best for us. We would not hesitate to make another purchase from them and plan on it soon.
Thank you Parker Mitsubishi. Its so nice dealing with a family run business that puts their heart into their work every day.
