Whether you are pretty fit or haven't been in a gym in years they can help. The team is very skilled, caring and fun. Healthletica is a wonderful resource we are lucky to have in the neighbourhood!

(February 22, 2019, 3:41 pm)I started going to Healthletica fairly regularly about 1 year ago- the staff are always friend, the facility is always clean, and there is a lot of variety in classes to try! I had never tried hot yoga before this experience and I have to say that I love it! I have participated in a few regular yoga classes since then and I always miss the warmth! The studio is also great at providing knowledge via email or additional classes. I would highly recommend giving hot yoga a go- you will be hooked soon enough!

Teachers are encouraging, positive and very supportive of whatever your level...... we are very fortunate to have this opportunity in Bolton.
