The best service department I have ever delt with. I really cant say enough good things about Fines Ford.
From the moment you arrive they treat you like a person and not just another number.
It was an absolute pleasure dealing with them from start to finish, they were especially nice and accommodating to my 2 year old son(he didnt want to leave because of all the attention he was getting).Once I left I had a minor issue with my 2013 edge so i went back and they resolved it promptly and with a smile the whole time.
I will never go to another dealership for service because I cant possibly think of anywhere else where I'll be treated so good.
