I found Ultrashield Software when trying to find help installing a printer to my laptop. When I called the HP help line, I got Ultrashield and am glad I did. I received quality, professional service, from both associates, the first who diagnosed what the problem was and the 2nd who fixed the problem on my computer. They were both patient and understanding with someone (myself) who is not a techie. Almost too good to be true!
