(June 15, 2019, 2:29 am)Happened to pass by here on my trip to Waterloo (on Sunday June 10, 19) so I went into look for a toy for my son. Staff were friendly and helpful. My special thanks to Jessica for going beyond to help me search for the special Captain America figure. Staff like Jessica is the reason why the brick-and-mortar stores always have a special place in our hearts regardless of how easy it is to sit at home to shop online.

Now I take my kids, and someday they'll take their kids (as long as online only retailers don't win over everyone).
I'll always prefer brick and mortar stores over online.
I'm glad Toys 'r' Us is still around in Canada, unlike in the United States.
I like looking at the product in person.
And Toys 'r' Us sure has lots to choose from! -

She could not find it, but she offered to look at the back as stock was showing available. I left my phone number and name and she called me back within 30 min. She found it and placed it on hold. 5 star for excellent customer service. Thank you Meghan.
