I will be the first one to say I'm not one to go off reviews. Prior to going to Steeles Flooring I had a very bad experience elsewhere more so with a well known chain. From experience they promise more they what they can deliver. I had the pleasure of working with Khalil at Steeles Flooring, Outstanding Customer Service went above and beyond to ensure a hassle free experience. He assisted with helping me pick the right colour, he explained the different grades, he booked the delivery and assured me he had stock and that I would not be facing issues again with the supplier direct, that I wouldn't have to hear the phrase" IT HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED AND WE CAN'T HONOR YOUR PRICING". Delivery day arrived, the drivers showed up when they said they would. Once again thanks Khalil for making it happen, now my basement will be completed by Christmas and I can share this space with my family and make new memories. This may be important to those reading this review PRICING is so reasonable, Steels Flooring does not gauge there customers. I stand by this company 100 percent satisfied.

Although I didn’t get my flooring from Steeles for my reno job, the staff were very patient and friendly. The showroom is big and clean, and the staff answered all my questions perfectly.

It was a wonderful experience to buy flooring from here. They have lot of varieties with reasonable prices. The customer service was excellent, especially Mr. Ibrahim, who gave me proper time and help me to find best solution within my budget. I found him a very knowledgeable and helpful person. Thanks!
