After some nightmare contractors cut our hydro line - in two separate places - the line was repaired, but a few days later we lost a leg of power to the house. Bob Baird and his team arrived, found and fixed the issue. What an incredible group of guys! Friendly, professional, hardworking men who we would invite back to the house for some beers! We moved into our home on August 5, 2017. We then experienced a phase out on August 6.We called Brampton Hydro who told us that they will investigate during the week of August 11.First thing Tuesday morning Kevin and team from SoilVac showed up and explained what the issues vould be.Kevin kept me informed the entire time. They were most unobtrusive. Thanks Kevin, Bill and the rest of the team.You are all invincible and trustworthy.
