(May 6, 2018, 12:13 pm)Surrounded by public transportation and it’s at walking distance to everything you can imagine... shops, pubs, restaurants, walk-in clinics, 200acre park, gym and library... and even police is just around the corner!

Maintenance fees are not high if you take into consideration what is actually included - which is pretty much everything, including premium cable TV! Underground parking is a bonus and included as well. Property manager is extremely knowledgeable and nice.... Anything else you want to know, feel free to ask me!
