Great place for children to get involved in sports and learn a variety of skills. This includes communication skills, teamwork skills and overall sports skills. This is a community oriented company that cares greatly about the future of the children within the community.

Elite Performance House is a great company on the rise. Each session I participated in, the trainers would push me to my limits and I felt great afterwards. The trainers are very professional and courteous and offer a variety of different classes that I could attend after work. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to get in shape and develop a healthy lifestyle to check out Elite Performance House.

I am a youth athlete and currently training with them it has been a great experience and i wish to continue with them.

Extremely knowledgeable staff who are passionate about creating a happier, healthier community. I couldn't be more proud of the people involved and how much this mission means to them. I completely support their movement.

As the years go by they have been able to provide the community with affordable options to staying active such as their Bootcamp workouts which I tend to go to since they're both a great learning experience and extremely fun.

They have many options for kids to stay active during off school and in school periods

They provide programs for adults and parents as well who don't put the time they need to for themselves to stay healthy and happy.

They provide programs that are student friendly in terms of cost and times allotted.

And for the more athletic, they have options for them too!

The best part about this place is Everyone is included. If you're looking to get fit, or just be overall healthier and happier there's definitely a program Elite Performance House provides that helps you achieve that goal in whatever fitness level you are.

Their extremely supportive staff is ultimately the reason I'm never shy or embarrassed of my short comings in terms of fitness, and because of them I continue to strive to be better.
