I spoke with Jeff last week and he was very helpful with a major iPhone issue. He put me back in business. I just wanted to thank you! Good customer service goes a long way!

I just read all the poor reviews but I had a great experience. I needed to return an Internet modem back to a store as per the instructions of the Roger's customer service representative i spoke to over the phone. I went to three different locations, 2 in mississauga and 1 in Brampton and NO ONE would take it back. It was so frustrating! They plain blank refused to take it. The staff member, Jeff, accepted the modem without any hesitation. Within 5 minutes he was able to do what he needed to do to help me out. He was extremely friendly and kind - thank you Jeff!

The location is clean however I felt there could be more staff to help the customers. That's my only complaint.
