(July 18, 2019, 5:09 pm)It’s difficult to defend a 5* rating these days, without others questioning your personal ties to the business. So let’s be clear: I am not a relative, friend, employee, business associate or invested in any other way with this business (pharmacy.). I am simply and only a patient/customer of this pharmacy, which genuinely deserves a 5* rating.
First and foremost, this pharmacy is operated with a pharmacist, and multiple pharmacy technicians and/or assistants. There is never a wait; either to drop off your Rx, or pick it up. If one of the staff have questions, or run into issues, there are usually other team members willing to and able to, help right away.
The team is highly qualified. I have never had a question that one of the team members was not able to answer, and my medications and health conditions are quite complicated. My medication profile is quite comprehensive and the Staff have always ensured that there are no drug interactions. Highly skilled and knowledgeable.
Beyond knowledge and being quick with their service, they provide high quality customer service. The staff always provides the best service possible. They will call you when your medication is ready to be picked up, they deliver your medications for you, they will follow up with you to make sure there aren’t any issues with your medications, and they will work with your doctor when he/she doesn’t write prescriptions or directions properly. They have the technical knowledge of “pharmaceuticals” that doctors don’t often have.
This business may not be a glamours pharmacy in presentation, products, loyalty cards, etc., but they most certainly are a HIGH QUALITY PHARMACY. Sometimes it’s the “little guy,” who maintains purpose and function that comes out ahead.
Would highly recommend using this pharmacy. -

(September 8, 2018, 3:55 pm)I was dealing with a severe flu couple of months back. Went to this pharamacy very confused and worried. However, i dealt with an excellent and very knowledgeable pharmacist by the name of Sadaf who recommended me the right medicine. Pharmasave gets five stars for me.
