A decent store with nice healthy food options available. I would still term them as expensive. They are more relevant for people who are already on the plans set out by the doctors at the metabolic clinic.

The store has a lot of foods with low calories. Shares location with Dr. Poon clinic. Open to the public. It is located just in from 160 Main St South, Brampton Mall.
