He made sure we knew everything about the car, showed us every detail, and made sure the process went as smooth as possible. When we picked up the car, he made sure we knew that if we ever had a question, he would always be there to either answer the question or would direct us to someone who could. He went above and beyond for us. Thank you to Kosta and the rest of the Lexus staff who helped us with this process! You were all amazing and both my father and I are very grateful.

(July 8, 2019, 10:49 pm)We had an amazing Experience at the dealer ship our sales advisor OLEG was very polite. And pointed us in the right direction in helping us choose our vehicle according to our needs and budget. He also followed up with us a week after to make sure we where still happy with our purchase. ???? As far as the dealer ship every one was nice to us. Even thought our children where a bit loud and would not stay still. due to the fact that they have autism. The people in the dealer where very understanding. And told us not to worry to let them run around.

(July 6, 2019, 3:26 pm)My experience was amazing: walked in to see Lexus, receptionist assisted us immediately. Oleg went over features, even turned the ignition on in showroom so we see the features. We were offered test drive. And now I love their service too.????
