Friendly staff, building physically looks great. It's neatly organized, but the configuration of the aisles is kinda random to me. Could spend an eternity looking at the stationery and calligraphy tools with my girlfriend though! They really do have everything you'd need for a creative endeavour.

Pricing is fair and there's constantly a pro.otion or a coupon available to make it even more cost effective.

I love this store and I’ve only been shopping here one time but I’m definitely going back to get more crafty things for my kids to do! just being in this store is inspiring me for what I want to do next with my rooms in my home. If your someone who likes to do little DIY projects this place is for you. The store was clean, they have customer bathrooms and a change table for baby which was convenient for me while I shopped. Bathrooms were clean and easy to locate. The store is really well organized and the staff were friendly and helpful. I had to return something I realized had already been opened when I got home with it and it was no problem. I called in and they held the item for me so that I could quickly come in and exchange the product. Great overall experience.
