Matt and Tristan were amazing, they were so professional, neat and did a stellar job installing both an A/C and humidifier. These guys have amazing work ethic. You will not be disappointed with Metro Air. -

(March 9, 2019, 3:06 pm)Moved into brand new home and they installed furnace. Furnace had been leaking since day one that is Mid December 2018. We put it in our 30 days Tarion warranty too but no one came to fix it or contacted us to schedule appointment for repair. Finally furnace stopped working on evening of March 7th 2019. It’s been very cold weather. We had to deal with cold all night and next day. I called early morning and complained about it. Technician came after 1:00pm. Water was leaking from inside and outside. Panel was gone and we see rust on floor. Panel is replaced but we are not happy with it. Since it’s brand new home and water has been leaking for al least 3 months if not longer, furnace should be replaced. You can’t remove rust and there could be other issues in future. They will only cover Tarion mandatory warranty and we are on our own after that. It’s not what we expected in brand new house

Don’t think twice, just call them and get it done properly! Thanks
