(December 30, 2019, 4:48 pm)I have only had exceptional support from Medtronic. Yes you might have be on hold but that’s everywhere. I called last night about my CGM transmitter, checked in this morning to make sure the order went thru at 8am. They went above and beyond to make sure I got my product within 2 hours because I’m going out of town tomorrow! Thank you Carol and Medtronic!
