(December 8, 2018, 7:20 pm)Kettlebell workouts are very effective total body workouts. At Lift Off Strength & Wellness, Coach Damali designs unique programs, not found anywhere else. I appreciate that she focuses on form and technique with all her students; I've noticed at other gyms in the large classes many people butcher the moves which can lead to injury. I highly recommend Lift Off for small group and personal training.

Damali is truly invested in the well-being of all individuals she is working with. In the past, balancing work, family and fitness, all presented their own unique challenges. Fitness being the one often placed on the back burner, if I were looking for "extra time". At Lift Off Strength & Wellness, you don't feel intimidated to be yourself, and its a place that you can trust and will stand by you.
