You know how they say a friend in need is a friend indeed. Thats how I would describe the management of lets talk wireless. I was a victim of a laptop hardware default and my computer crashed without any warning signs whatsoever. Having bought it just a couple of months back i never thought this would be an issue, hence never really backed it up either! So when it crashed and the manufacturer told me my data couldn’t be recovered, i frantically searched for other options and came in touch with Ginni from Lets talk wireless. Not only did they treat me like a member of their own family going through a crisis, they took all the means necessary to ensure the safety of my data. Throughout Ginni stayed in touch with me providing me with updates and making sure I was ok! I know it can be hard to trust shops especially when it comes to personal electronics but its safe to say that I would trust Ginni and family with life. I commend them for their patience with me and not giving up on finding a way to help me. This kind of commitment and dedication is rare to find. Great deal on a newer phone. However, there was something malfunctioning on the phone. It was the audio for the camera. Narinder, Amar and Ginni took care of me with professionalism and curtesy. I felt that they had integrity and their customer service was excellent. I got a new phone in exchange. I highly recommend this business.
