Joe's Shoe Repair does amazing work. I've taken every pair I have to his shop at one point or another to be re-soled.
Soles wear down to the base over time which destroys the shoe itself as well as harms your natural gate and your overall chiropractic health.
I have dress shoes and two pairs of steel-toe work boots. One pair of boots is over 12 years old but they look, feel, and repel water, like new.
I would highly recommend paying $25 - $30 to restore a pair of boots over paying $250.00 to buy a new pair any day.
