(January 16, 2018, 6:19 pm)Awesome place for children and adults to learn martial arts. All ages and skill levels are welcome. There is a ton of energy in the room. Anthony is amazing instructor. Great with the kids. My daughter has gained so much confidence from his classes. There is also a fantastic cardio kick boxing for both women and men. Jana the instructor is very knowledgeable and has pit together an amazing and high energy work out.

(January 16, 2018, 3:42 pm)My five year old son takes Taekwondo class here with Anthony. He loves it! The facility is big and bright. The instructors are experienced, accommodating and patient, while providing a challenge to mind and body.
