Heart Lake Cosmetic Dermatology - Dr Samir Gupta

This was my first time ever visiting a dermatologist. The office was easy to get to and the staff were extremely friendly and hospitality. I had an 9am appointment and everyone was super friendly and accommodating.

Dr Samir Gupta was patient and answered all of my questions. He gave me good advise and great skin care recommendations. Although thorough, the appointment was quick and to the point and I was able to make it to work in a reasonable time. Thank you all for making this a great experience for me.

Getting to the appointment the reception team was happy and a welcoming environment not the standard gloomy and quite specialist rooms. Consulting with Dr. Samir Gupta is great he really wants to help and answers any questions you may have with detail and will work with you on the goals you may want to achieve with your skin health. A great experience unlike the several other Dermatologist who give you a new cortisone cream and tell you, your not that bad use the cream and you will be fine.

This is a wonderful clean, professional and modern clinic. I absolutely love how all the staff are very attentive to your needs. The clinic itself is beautifully decorated, Samir and his team know what they are doing they are well educated on what they offer. I LOVE my results and will never go anywhere else! Thank you Infinium for the excellent service you provide. I will be back :)

Samir Gupta was just fantastic. He may have just saved my life, along with their dermatologist. Wide excision should cure it at this stage, Thanks so much Samir Gupta!!! He was very thorough and did his job in a very compassionate and understanding way. Because I was from another city, he even rang me personally to let me know before I left about the dermatologist's concerns so I didn't just learn about my serious cancer concern from the report. Dr.Samir Gupta, his colleague, was equally helpful when I had trouble accessing my reports etc. These people are amazing, just the right people to take care of this vital health monitoring.
