As my schedule is very busy I was not sure how to follow diet plan but they made custom meal plan for me which I am able to prepare and follow easily everyday. 👌 My whole family joined this studio and everyone is getting results. Love the vibes here. Kulwinder and Gursewak both are working very hard👍

(October 5, 2021, 4:26 pm)Best place for getting you goals achieved with 100% guidance. I joined them 2 months ago and gained 15 pounds of muscle so far👍 I have tried so many gyms for training but never got good results.
Best thing about Free bird is that they actually deliver what they promise and make sure that you are following diet everyday and also punish you if you go off track. 😅
100% satisfied. Highly recommend-if you really want best service in GTA. 😊 -

Since I joined, I lost 20lbs and way more in inches. I felt energetic after each session. This transformation was done in 4 months with expert trainers. Trainers here are much more knowledgeable and work according to your strength and needs. They always motivate you. I would highly recommend to join them. This is a best training place in Brampton.❤️
