Very professional and comfortable service not pushey.
The prices were good and there were many choices in frames.

Ever since after Irfan has been providing the best customer service and so happy with their service. P.S. Their optical store has the most classiest and chic pairs of glasses in all of Brampton. ☺️

The worse customer service I’ve ever had. Ordered my contact lenses through them for the first time and I had the same pair of contacts come in 2 different colors. When I took it to the owner despite of seeing 2 different colors he completely ignored it and said he can’t see 2 different colors and said there’s nothing they can do about it and its not their fault. They weren’t even ready to complain to the customer service and instead blamed it on us that we’ wrong. Never going back. Can’t believe they have such ridiculous customer service. Please don’t ever place any order for contact lenses through them unless you want to waste your money. Also, when I asked for my prescription while leaving they didn’t even give me a copy of my prescription and asked me to go back to my old eye doctor and collect it from them. Clearly, they don’t value their customer or customer service. Ridiculed by their ignorant attitude.
