She provided an excellent review of the various systems which we can use. I’m still in the evaluative stage right now but, at least from an initial customer service viewpoint, this company has a wonderful representative in Jasmine. (Note to management: give Jasmine a raise!)

However, that decision has no bearing on the exceptionally professional and patient discussions between the EnergyPal rep, Mitch, and me. He gave me a range of possibilities to consider, but unfortunately current energy usage combined with my location does not lend itself to going solar. Kudos for no pressure to do it anyway! If the situation changes, I will not hesitate to contact EnergyPal as my sole source for decision making and installation.
