Congratulations Dr. Kimmy Goyal. Today I went to your new location at B&C Urgent Care. I was really impressed with the new staff and the facilities that B&C has to offer. When I saw Wendy at the front desk I was really happy because she was always nice and helpful to me and my family. While I was waiting I met a couple of patients who I have met before at your Mayfield clinic. Everyone talks nicely about you and wishes you good luck.
Dr. Kimmy Goyal is more than just an average doctor, she genuinely cares about her patients. Unlike most doctors who tend to spend very minimal time with their patients, Dr. Goyal thoroughly takes care of her patients. She looks at many different things rather than just vaguely diagnosing someone with something opposite to what they have. She also recommends the best specialists and schedules her patients to a nearby date rather than something months from the visit. During a family crisis, Dr. Goyal has worked around the clock to make sure that my grandparents were taken care of. I highly recommend Dr. Goyal to anyone looking for a good doctor in Brampton. She is enthusiastic about what she will help anyone to the best of her ability. Dr. Kimmy, if you are reading this, you are doing a fantastic job! Keep it up :)
Words aren't enough to explain how much my family loves Dr. Goyal. My parents are very pleased with the way she looked into each detail for their health issues. She has a proactive approach and makes them feel comfortable. I heard that she will be moving to B&C Urgent Care which is open 365 days with blood lab on-site. We are excited because now she will be closer to our home.
Last week I went to this clinic and I was impressed by the treatment I received from Dr. Goyal, as well as the receptionists. I feel like Dr. Goyal really listened to my concerns and gave me good advice. She is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I was told that she will be moving from this location so I plan to follow her wherever she goes. I have recommended my family and friends to see her and hoping she will accept us as her new patients.
