Nick at the shop was fantastic I have no complaints with his professionalism and sense of urgency, however the guy Anthony there is a piece of work - extremely unprofessionally, terrible customer service and gave us the run around since the beginning of October until Nick took over and got my work done for me the very next day after I spoke to him. Anthony has no idea what he’s doing, doesn’t know if he’s coming or going and most definitely doesn’t know how to give the shop a good reputation. If you go to that shop DO NOT deal with Anthony, please go see Nick. The tow truck driver Frankie who towed my car was also great, he helped us out so much and also gave the extra push to finally get my car fixed after 3 MONTHS of waiting for Anthony to “call me back” - not once did I get a call back from him, I always had to call him with no phone call in return. He should be fired, end of story.

I was in a car accident last Thursday. I was alone and wasn’t sure what do to or how to go about doing anything. Basically I was lost.
Fortunately I was very lucky Arturo from Trinity auto Towing showed up and knew I was scared and didn’t have a clue what to do. He has gone above and beyond for me and I could not write enough here to explain how he took care of me and everything I had to do. He took me to the reporting center and then towed my car to Downtown Auto Center. He made me feel very comfortable. Told me to contact him directly if I had any questions or issues. I don’t often leave reviews, but I really had to this time. He exceeded all expectations and I would have no questions when it comes to recommending his services. He is a first class gentleman.
Thank you Arturo!!! And Downtown Auto. You guys have been fantastic.
