(October 14, 2022, 8:54 pm)I was very pleased with my visit to the Re-Opening of Canadian Tire in the Trinity Mall. I was purchasing a lot of on sale items and looking in the flyer for an item when the new owner asked me if he could show me its location. Later on we crossed paths again and seeing a number of items in my cart he presented me with a $10 gift card, Thanks very much.

(April 27, 2019, 6:19 am)Went here with my eldest daughter to get some plastic totes that were on sale. They were doing a promotion for their MasterCard and the young man who was working this promotion was very rude and pushy. My daughter told him that she already had the MasterCard so she had no need for another. He followed us through the store and insisted on seeing her credit card as proof to which she refused. If management reads this please better train your staff that when a customer says no that should be a sufficient answer. On the bright side both the lady who helped me get the product that I wanted, as it was out of reach on the top shelf , and the cashier who checked us out were super friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

It is very helpful when looking for specific items because the website will inform you what aisle and shelf the item can be found in stores. I love that. As a customer this saves me a lot of time and that is important. Thank you Canadian Tire Trinity for this.
