  Our postal package pick up point was Centennial Mall. The service was so-so. It was recently changed to the Wexford location. Night and day regarding customer service. Tina in particular is exemplary assisting and interacting with customers. Regardless the frustrations some in line present her, she always addresses them with respect, courtesy and professionalism. She as helped me on numerous occasions to provide alternatives to better my objectives. She’s witty, always ends each interaction with a pleasant goodbye and never ceases to smile. I can’t recall better customer service.

  I love going to this location, the staff is amazing. I can always depend in Tina to give me great recommendations on service thats perfect for my business needs. She is always friendly and always makes an effort to interact with my little ones.

  I very often use our great Canadian postal service and don’t mind getting mail there. If the driver has not delivered a package the simply instruct me to call there number and ask them if it has arrived. I recommend going about and hour before the close to avoid lineups. I will continue to support our Countries great postal service. Keep up the good work. I am not including a star because I have had issues in the past with the drivers, (while still part of the team), the people at the counter do a marvellous job.
