Had an issue with the Vacuum cleaner I bought, Matt - Manager on duty was more than helpful, very warm and has technical acumen, look into the issue and resolved it on spot..... To my experience its the excellent customer service I have received.. Kudos to Matt and Canada Computers -

(August 2, 2019, 8:39 pm)Wow!!! What a wonderful experience. As I entered the store I headed straight for the help Desk and was greeted by Cal. He asked me what it was my son wanted the computer for? I told him gaming and Graphic Design. Immediately he went over to his computer and started explaining the process to me. Now I'm not a computer guy but I had a budget in mind and stated to Cal I didn't want to be back in here 3 or 4 years later having to do all this again. So I need something with speed and memory and my son also added that looked cool with lights, LOL. At the end of day Cal hooked us up. He put together a package that more than covered my needs as well as coming in at budget. Thank you CC Brampton.

(July 31, 2019, 12:18 am)Best Canada Computers Location. I have been to every location in the GTA and this one is by far the best. Great customer service, friendly staff, clean and big store. Oh and they let you use their washroom, unlike the Mississauga branch.

Blair (Manager) was superb to help out a customer who purchased an item from a different location.
He didn’t have to, but this man understands customer service!
I will be returning to your store to purchase the upcoming 2080 Super when released. I truly appreciate you assisting me when the manager I purchased an item from the Etobicoke location refused.
I will recommend this store to everyone as they understand good business and post sales customer service.
