(February 21, 2022, 8:03 pm)I was a complete beginner, with ankle injuries. I like how my fundamentals movements are getting strong. He specifically made workout sessions based around my weaknesses. Now, in daily activities I can feel the change as my body is becoming stronger. Also, I lost 4 pounds in a month nd without making any big changes in my diet yet.
